Mr. Korobov is a Managing Director in the Business Valuation and Litigation Assistance Group at Meyers, Harrison & Pia, LLC. He has performed valuations of business interests for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to, family law matters, estate and gift tax, fairness opinions, transactions, solvency determination, employee stock ownership plan formation and updates, financial reporting, and litigation. He has been a senior member ASA since 2007 and is currently serving as Vice President of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.
